NYSC Allowance Increase - To be, or not to be?

The FG has planned to increase the NYSC allowance from N19,800 to N38,000 from March 2013,  starting with Batch A Corps Members.

This report is not yet confirm as there has not been any official announcement from NYSC, but it is being speculated that the increase might be as a result of some State Governments failing to pay Corp Members the state allowance.

An increase of NYSC allowance at this time would be great news, or what do you think?
